OnePlus 6 Launch Pop-up Experience NA
OnePlus is a smartphone manufacturer that has shaken up the smartphone scene with flagship-level phones at budget price. OnePlus tasked FreemanXP with designing and producing their first truly major pop-up store in North America. This was a huge stepping stone towards OnePlus further investing for growth in North America, which as we know today with their US presence today, has paid off well.
Our team created a comprehensive event experience, starting from digital pre-promotion through the execution of “sold out” event and shipping experiences in New York and San Francisco. The campaign started with digital and influencer-based pre-promotion, offering tech enthusiasts the opportunity to experience the new OnePlus 6 and also be one of the first to purchase.
After scouting various locations, the final two locations,The Flat in NYC’s Flatiron District and the Contemporary Jewish Museum in San Francisco, were chosen for a combination of aesthetics, ability to customize to a full branded takeover, and accessibility. Both launches drove more attendees than expected with certain phones selling out and huge amount of attendees filling both the inside and outside areas of the venues.
