Cisco Live 2019
Cisco Live is Cisco's largest customer event and tradeshow. With about 28,000 attendees each year, Cisco brings engineers, partners, sales, and customers together to network and focus on the education and opportunities with Cisco.
My agency was tasked with organizing and producing the creative on the huge sponsorship and partner side (World of Solutions Partner presence) of the event. Together with a creative director and second art director, I created and co-directed a majority of the sponsorship graphics. Through the course of designing, we worked closely with Cisco to ensure the customer and partner journeys bonded well together. We adjusted and developed Cisco's new "Live" branding to scale for the large San Diego Convention space and secured design space for partners to really display their own brand and involvement. 
When communicating with Cisco, I organized all major graphics into an interactive and automated (for production) deck in the cloud noting latest design, mocks/renders, dimensions, locations, and production status. This kept both my team and Cisco's team on the same page. This made the approval and production process much smoother.
