CasaOne Ordering Experience
CasaOne is a furniture rental company that provides modern furniture and fast, reliable delivery. One of their main advantages is offering housewares, fitness equipment, and work-from-home options while maintaining a huge selection of furniture types.
As an experiential brand designer that consistently works with rental furniture companies to supply major tech events, I wanted to support the smaller furniture companies during the pandemic.
I worked with CasaOne to create a set of photos and videos capturing their process (order, warehouse, delivery) in real-time. We utilized actual employees, customers, and furniture orders to communicate the locality and genuine nature of their work. The objective is to breakdown the ordering experience for current and future customers.
