Adobe MAX 2019
Adobe MAX 2020 is a conference for creative professionals, developers, students, and enthusiasts to learn new skills, find inspiration, discover new technologies, and explore what's next for creatives and Adobe products. George P. Johnson, the Agency of Record, partnered with Freeman to design and produce individually-themed exhibits inside the LACC exhibit halls, along with installations and ceiling art that aligned with Adobe's campaign theme throughout the lobby and pre-function areas.
Adobe tasked artist and illustrator Rik Oostenbroek with creating striking and impact art direction for the conference. His resulting designs displayed convergence of abstract & architectural op-art worlds, using a mix of edgy, rectangular, 3D B&W op-art elements that blended nicely with color. As a team of 3D designers, we made sure to design each installation while appropriately balancing Rik's art direction and Adobe's individual product branding in mind.
